1. Refund Processing & Technical Inspection
- Since we specialize in computers, components, and electronics, all returned items must undergo a technical inspection.
- Once your returned item is received at our facility, our team will inspect it within 3 business days to ensure it is in its original, undamaged condition.
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
2. Approved Refunds
- If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
- For security and fraud-prevention reasons, we cannot issue refunds to alternative bank accounts or different payment methods.
3. Refund Timeframes
- The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends entirely on your financial institution.
- Typically, refunds take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please complete the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, you are entitled to a full refund (including all shipping fees) or a free replacement.
