ROG Crosshair X870E Hero BTF – ATX AM5 motherboard with BTF, USB4 and Wi-Fi 7 for a clean Ryzen 9000 build

For those who want a powerful AMD system with a “clean” look without power cables and visible connections, the ROG Crosshair X870E Hero BTF combines a Hidden-Connector design with advanced specifications aimed at gaming and SSD-intensive builds.

Holder, chip and memory

The board is based on AMD X870E with AMD Socket AM5 , and supports Ryzen™ 9000/8000/7000 processors .
There are 4 DDR5 DIMM slots up to 256GB in Dual Channel , with EXPO™ , AEMP , NitroPath DRAM Technology , and also DIMM Fit / DIMM Fit Pro . Memory OC support by processor generation:

• Up to 8200+MT/s (OC) with Ryzen 9000
• Up to 8600+MT/s (OC) with Ryzen 8000
• Up to 8000+MT/s (OC) with Ryzen 7000
